Useful reports include a screenshot with no personal information, an exact achievement name, a device or part label as shown in-game, or a customer choice sequence that can be repeated from a fresh save.
Please do not send save files, payment information or personal data. This site is maintained as an independent reference and corrections are reviewed before they become a verified claim.
